Swedish Meatball Pasta Bake 


2 1/2 cups dry rotini

50 frozen homestyle meatballs, 1/2 oz each

6 Tbs butter

1/2 cup flour

4 cups beef broth

1 1/2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup half and half

1 Tbs parsley


Preheat oven to 350°.

Bake frozen meatballs on a baking sheet for about 12 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook pasta al dente and drain.

For the sauce: Melt butter in a large saucepan.

Stir in flour and stir, cook for 2 minutes.

Slowly whisk in 4 cups beef broth, worcestershire and seasoning.

Stir until simmering

Add cream and parsley. Cook 10-15 minutes on medium, stirring constantly until thickened.

Layer pasta in 9×13 pan, layer meatballs on top, pour sauce over.

Bake uncovered at 375° for 30 minutes.
